Update 1 December

1 December 2024

Kia ora tatou. As we approach Christmas let us give thanks for all God’s goodness this year. Thank you to the parish council (all re-elected at the AGM last Sunday) for being a caring and productive team. Thank you everyone for the various ways you work so well together to make our church healthy and fruitful. Please consider inviting friends and family to our Christmas services.

Arohanui, Andrew.

E4 Summer Camp 9-12 January

Join us in Hanmer Springs for charismatic worship, teaching, and ministry for all ages. Afternoons are free. Get tickets here. This is our parish camp.

Health and Safety

Please ensure that erecting or dismantling the portable cross must be done by two people. The second entrance has a much lower step and is open for easier access to the clubrooms.

Bank Accounts

The parish ASB accounts have now been closed. Please ensure that any direct credit or IRD tax rebate arrangements are set up with the Kiwibank account number shown below.

We pray for

· People to find and renew faith at Christmas services

· More new people to find us and people to invite to Anchor

· Ongoing strength and healing for the frail

· Renewal and inspiration at E4 Summer Camp

· Hope Church, Dunedin led by The Reverend Stu Crossan

· A blessed Christmas for Paddy and Trusella Chrisp in The Gambia
